Hello everyone! Long time no blog. . .
I went through some sort of awakening, chopped off most of my hair,
dyed it many different colours, and got happy!
I go through these periods of being ultimately inspired and talkative as far as new projects go,
and then I go through long periods of holing myself away like a little hermit,
making all of those new projects.
The past few nights I've found myself lying in bed unable to sleep
as I'm just troubled from not being able to create what's on my mind.
I'm working very slowly towards each goal one by one.
Since I can be a very shy person, I find it hard to
let my thoughts flow out, so I'm doing my best
to open up more with my process.
That being said, today is Halloween and it marks
the end of October and the welcome of November.
Take a look at what all I created for Starlight Deco Dream :
Not only did I make a spooky cute orange and black Halloween treats,
I tried making resin jewelry with ACTUAL treats inside : sprinkles!
I'm in love! This is actually a 2-way brooch I made.
The back has the clip embedded into it, so it's not only
SUPER comfortable, it's also never gonna have that pin fall off.
I just about got carried away with my new heart necklaces!
Are you a GHOUL, WITCH, or TRICK?
(Ahaha, Witches ain't sh*t but GHOULS or TRICKS...)
In addition to new necklaces, rings, and bone hair clips
I also offered a Trick or Treat LUCKY PACK.
Special thanks to Christian over at Dim Skeletons
for re-working last year's Halloween ad into a LP ad.
Christian, I owe you a thousand favors if you are reading this
they will all happen all at once at Anime Matsuri.
OH.
What's THIS?
Anime MATSURI you say?
Yes, that's right.
As of August 30th, Starlight Deco Dream is now confirmed for Anime Matsuri 2012.
*ahem*
Now I'll just leave you with my little devilish self from today.
Thrifted shirt, Vargas cross, SWIMMER badge, handmade earrings + devil horns.
This weekend I'll be updating the shop with the new Memento Mori series.
It will feature more Cult Party style. I also have a slew of more pastel fairy items as well.
